Our restaurant group is headed by young but experienced chef Luka Khinkiladze.

He worked as a chef from a young age and is extremely interested in culinary art and modern culinary techniques. He perfected his skills in the best restaurants in the world, included in the Michelin guide, managed several restaurants in England, Georgia, Italy and was a member of the Georgian team at the prestigious world culinary championship Bocuse d'Or in 2020.

Now Luka manages the Bruxx restaurant and invests his culinary skills and gastronomic ideas in our project every day.
